Burridge is a 26-year Law Enforcement Veteran who served 22 years with the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department in California, where his leadership skills elevated him to Division Commander. After Santa Barbara, Burridge was selected as the Chief of Police of the Farmington, New Mexico Police Department.

Burridge served as Chairman of the International Association of Chiefs of Police In-Car Camera Committee and for the Digital Video for Public Safety Advisory Panel. He currently serves on the IACP’s Technology and Communications Committee.

Chief Burridge joined L3 Mobile-Vision in 2006 as the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing where he acted as a Public Safety – First Responder Subject Matter Expert for L-3’s goal of bringing military technology to the domestic First Responder environment.

In 2015 Chief Burridge joined WatchGuard Video as the Director of Strategic Accounts where he was instrumental in securing numerous projects including the largest deployment of body-worn cameras in the United States at the Houston Police Department in Houston, Texas. He was named Senior Vice President of Sales at WatchGuard video before taking a position as the Director of Business Development for Public Safety at Sierra Wireless.

Chief Burridge is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and FBI LEEDS program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Development.
